Panasonic HD camcorders allow you to get the high-definition image quality that suits today's age
of large-screen TVs.

Advantage 1 Faithful Color Reproduction

Each of the three primary colors (R/G/B) is processed by its own special sensor for beautiful colors and gradation

Just like the professional cameras used in broadcasting stations, this system processes each of the three primary colors of light " red (R), green (G) and blue (B) " with its own special sensor to achieve excellent color reproduction. Precise prism-separated colors and lenses with high color dynamics also faithfully reproduce fine color changes such as gradation.

Adbantage 2 Magnificent Detail

High-resolution images are created with the equivalent of four times the pixel count of Full-HD

The green MOS sensor is shifted a half-pixel at the sub-micron level to provide a huge number of effective pixels for moving pictures - equivalent to four times the pixel count of Full-HD. By using the Crystal Engine Pro II to process this large-volume pixel data into Full-HD images, a magnificent level of detail is achieved that was previously not possible.

Advantage 3 Clear Low-Light Scenes

Even dimly lit scenes are crisp and beautiful thanks to the 3MOS BSI Sensor, the bright F1.5 lens and the powerful noise-reduction effect.

Use of the new 3MOS BSI Sensor has significantly increased sensitivity. The bright F1.5 Leica Dicomar lens also draws in a large amount of light, and Crystal Engine Pro II provides an excellent, corner-to-corner noise reduction effect. In addition, Nano Surface Coating Technology suppresses ghosts and flaring. The result is a dramatic improvement in low-light image quality.

Nano Surface Coating Technology

The Nano Surface Coating boasts an extremely low reflectance ratio compared with the conventional multi coating to minimize ghosts and flaring. This Panasonic black box technology boosts the optical performance to deliver images with stunning clarity.
