Now you can view your photos even on a TV with no SD card slot!

By connecting the Photo Player to an HDTV via a component cable, you can view beautiful, high-definition images on the TV screen. You can display the photos you've taken with a LUMIX camera in 16:9 mode on the entire HDTV screen with extremely high image quality.

The Photo Player features the fast image-processing Venus Engine III, which speeds up the response time for viewing photos recorded on an SDHC or SD Memory Card, or on a Multimedia card*1 with both high image quality and speed. Using the arrow keys, you can easily control the Photo Player in much the same way as a LUMIX camera.

*1 Only still image playback supported.

The Photo Player also supports large-capacity SDHC Memory Cards. You can take many, many photos and display them even on a TV without an SDHC Memory Card slot.

Motion JPEG files taken with a LUMIX camera, which could previously only be played on the camera screen or on a computer, can now be viewed on a TV screen with the Photo Player.*2 You can also play high-definition motion images (1280 x 720, at 15 fps) taken by a LUMIX DMC-LX2.

*2 The Photo Player plays the following QuickTime Motion JPEG files taken with a LUMIX camera:

4:3 Motion Images	VGA(640 x 480): 30 fps, 10 fps QVGA(320 x 240): 30 fps, 10 fps
16:9 Motion Images	16:9L (848 x 480): 30 fps, 10 fps 16:9H (1280 x 720): 15 fps

By connecting the DMW-SDP1 to a PictBridge-compatible printer, you can easily print while checking the images on the large TV screen.
