Why Panasonic?

High Brightness (2,000 cd/m2) for Easy-to-See Images Even in Sunlight

Images are clear even in brightly lit places. Full 2,000 cd/m2 brightness maintains excellent visibility under direct sunlight. This makes the LFX ideal for installation in drive-through lanes. And because the brightness isn't affected by external light, information such as menu items and prices remain clear and easy to read.

2000 cd/m2

The IPS panel makes it easy to read from many positions.

The IPS panel displays clear images, and colors appear unchanged even when the image is viewed from an angle top or bottom, right or left. It provides accurate information to many people in a large place such as a public facility.

Forced Air-Cooling System for Blackout Prevention

Outside air is brought into the cabinet to produce an airflow between the front glass and the LCD panel. This suppresses internal temperature rises and prevents blackouts when the display is installed outdoors. It also serves as a countermeasure against condensation.

Aluminum Cabinet and Tempered Glass Adoption

The aluminum cabinet adopts a structure that resists corrosion. In addition, the tempered glass provides strong resistance to impacts. The display can be used in public places, stations, stores, factories, etc., without a protective cover.

The Dust and Water Resistant Equivalent to IP55

The panel can be installed in harsh conditions with rain, wind or dust, and can be used without a protective cover.

Equipped with a DIGITAL LINK terminal, DIGITAL LINK-ready Panasonic projectors or flat panel displays allow the transmission of HDMI, uncompressed HD digital video, and control signals (Ethernet, RS-232C) for up to 100 meters (328 feet) through a single CAT5e (STP) cable or higher.
This provides transmission of high-quality images and sounds, as well as remote control.

*1: CAT5e (STP) cable or higher.

*2: WUXGA (1,920 × 1,200 pixels) compatible. This provides transmission of high-quality images and sounds, as well as remote control.

Note: DIGITAL LINK is based on HDBaseT™ technology, but it has other added features, including two-way communication with Panasonic projectors or flat panel displays and interoperability with major AV control manufacturers (Crestron, Extron, Atlona, etc.) and also supports their control protocol.
HDBaseT™ is a trademark of the HDBaseT Alliance.

Why Panasonic?

Super Narrow Bezel

The super-narrow bezel results in joints that are only 4.9 mm* wide for video wall installations. Even in large-screen configurations, the screen borders can barely be seen, so images are powerful and natural.

* The bezel width varies depending on the model.
For details, see the specifications on the relevant product sites.

Wide Viewing Angle for Sharper Images

The IPS panel has a wide viewing angle, so colors don't change when the image is viewed from right or left angles. Information can be accurately relayed to groups of people in large areas, like public spaces.

VA Type: The pixels are separated. The viewing angle dependency is eased.Panasonic IPS Panel: The pixels are not separated. It is fundamentally a wide viewing angle.

Multi Window Processor (Optional)

The Multi Window Processor makes it possible to quickly and efficiently combine multiple flat panel displays and projectors into a video wall or a multi vision system.

Why Panasonic?

Thin, Lightweight, Easy-To-Install Displays

Panasonic offers a wide range of thin, lightweight, easy-to-install displays, from compact to large-screen sizes.

Short Throw and Ultra-Short Throw Projectors

Short throw and ultra-short throw projectors can be used in places with limited space. With conventional projectors, it is necessary to provide some distance between the projection table and the screen to prevent the person’s shadow from being cast onto the screen. With a short throw projector, the table can be placed near the screen. This makes it possible to use room space more effectively.

Ultra-Short Throw Lens (Optional)

Large-screen projection becomes possible in places where the ceiling was previously too high, or the stage was too shallow.

Note: Due to lens characteristics, some screen types may be subject to focusing problems or projector screen hot spots.
If this should occur, please ask a qualified technician or your dealer for solutions.

Filter System

Panasonic's dust-resistant projector models make it difficult for even tiny dust particles to enter the optical block, so they can be used in a variety of environments. The following features also help to reduce the maintenance burden.

Lamp-based ProjectorsSOLID SHINE Series Projectors
Eco FilterAuto Cleaning FilterFilter-free System

The Eco Filter has an electrostatic Micro Cut Filter that collects minute dust particles with an ion effect. It combines with the dust-resistant cabinet to enable long-term use even under harsh conditions.

The ACF (Auto Cleaning Filter) automatically winds the filter and cleans its surface when the clog sensor detects dust and at preset time intervals.

There's no more air filter. That means you enjoy maintenance-free use for about 20,000 hours* with excellent brightness and picture quality.

* A guideline for light source replacement. The maintenance-free period may be shortened due to environmental conditions.

The functions vary depending on the model. See and check the functionality of each model.
