Fundamental revisions in three critical areas - discharge gas and cell structure, materials and processes, and circuit and drive technology - combine to make the NeoPDP an entirely new kind of plasma display. Boasting triple the luminous efficiency of previous displays, the NeoPDP reduces power consumption while offering exciting new possibilities in image quality.
A total of three NeoPDP models are being exhibited: a full-HD 3D plasma theater, a 1/3-inch flat-screen TV, and a model demonstrating triple brightness.

The New IPS Alpha LCD Technology is equipped with the New IPS-Alpha panel, which adds an LED backlight and Local Dimming System to the many excellent features of the IPS-Alpha panel. These features are optimally driven by Panasonic's original AI control, which produces ideal images with approximately 1,000 lines of moving-image resolution and mega-contrast.
One New LCD TV unit is being exhibited.
