Korea
Donations to Social Welfare Facilities (South Korea)

In South Korea, Panasonic employees visited social welfare facilities and made in-kind donations. Products such as hairdryers, irons, digital cameras, shavers, foot massagers, and audio systems were donated to 10
facilities, including orphanages, single mothers homes, psychiatric facilities, nursing homes, and facilities for the visually impaired.
Oil Spill Clean-up (South Korea)

In December 2007 a major oil spill occurred off the coast of South Chungcheong province in South Korea. At the initiative of the company volunteer group "Hansarang" (Korean for "One Love"), Panasonic employees spent their weekend cleaning up the affected beaches.
