Quality

The philosophy underpinning Panasonic's quality policy is "to be of true service to customers by supplying products and services that deliver real satisfaction by fulfilling the wishes of customers and society in general." In this view, ensuring product quality is what managing the business is all about. With quality as the first priority, QA activities are part of all stages from planning, design and manufacturing to sales and customer service. This approach is designed to ensure that all Panasonic products and services satisfy the customer.
Customer Satisfaction (CS)

Since its inception, Panasonic has grown based on a "customer-first" business philosophy that emphasizes corporate contribution to society through products and services. Based on this philosophy, we listen seriously to any inquiries or complaints from customers and deal openly with such issues to generate customer satisfaction. We also work to incorporate customer feedback into management activities.
Universal Design

Our UD Policy specifies six required design elements such as "making operations easily understandable." The UD concept is a fundamental prerequisite for any of our "V Products," which we view as an engine of growth. We are gradually extending the use of this concept to all Panasonic products.
