Next-generation energy-efficient power distribution system DC Power Distribution(Undergoing proving test) Energy saving

To reduce DC/AC conversion losses, electric power generated in the photovoltaic modules set up on the administration building (DC) is directly distributed to some equipment operated on DC (LED lights and PCs) in the building. When the equipment operated on DC requires more electric power than that being generated, the shortfall is covered by electric power saved in the storage battery. When there is any excess electric power generated, it is stored in the storage battery. Further, when the storage battery is fully charged, generated electric power is converted to AC power to be used to power equipment operated on AC. This is a system which effectively utilizes renewable energy.

Energy-efficient DC equipment LED Lights Operated on DC(Undergoing proving test)

Eco-friendly lighting operated on DC featuring long life, high energy-saving performance, and low heat generation.

Long life
With its 40,000-hour long life, an LED light can last approximately 10 years at 10 hours of use each day, ideal for use in places where lamp replacement is difficult.
High energysaving performance
An LED efficiently produces light from energy, ideal for use in places where lighting is required for a prolonged time.
Low heat generation
An LED produces no heat rays, ideal for use in places where heat generation is undesirable.

* LED lights operated on DC are installed as test samples.
