A01.
The total output is set at maximum 1.5A.
When 2 devices require over 1.5A in total, the device which was connected first will be charged first.
A02.
It is due to the cable delivered with your device.
Please refer to the following URL for the chargeable devices by Portable Power Supply.

A03.
The Portable Power Supply stops charging when the device requires a larger output than mentioned on the Portable Power Supply. It is also possible that the device cannot be charged through USB.
A04.
Please do not connect other devices to the PC's USB while charging the Portable Power Supply. An electric shortage may occur in such cases.
A05.
Portable Power Supply can charge devices with USB standard including smartphones and tablet PCs.
Please refer to the following URL for the list of chargeable devices by Portable Power Supply.

A06.
As a result of chemical reaction of the battery cell and working electric circuit load, it gets warm.
It is not a failure and will become cool after a while.
A07.
Cycle time of the Li-ion battery cell itself is around 500 times.
However, cycle time depends on many factors such as charge & discharge condition, ambient temperature, the condition of devices, and others.
A08.
If the cable has no communication function, the possibility is high.
A09.
We did not execute matching tests with all types of AC adaptors, so we cannot guarantee this.
A10.
The charging is determined by below rules:
1) When connecting two devices requiring less than 1.5A in total and pressing the start button, both can be charged simultaneously.
2) When another device is connected while one device is being charged, and the total requiring current exceeds 1.5A, the 1st one is preferentially charged and the 2nd one can be charged with the remaining current.
In case that the 1st one requires over 1.5A, the 2nd one cannot be charged at all.
3) When connecting two devices requiring more than 1.5A in total, it may stop charging due to its protective function.
In that case, please charge the Portable Power Supply itself via USB for resetting the protective function.
After that, please charge each device separately.
A11.
Please avoid storing the Portable Power Supply with its battery fully charged or empty. Otherwise performance and lifetime of the Portable Power Supply may decrease.
The remaining level at 30%-40% is recommended ("orange" for Optical Indicator) when storing the Portable Power Supply for more than 6 months.
A12.
The voltage of the Li-ion battery inside the Portable Power Supply is 3.7V. In order to output the power from Portable Power Supply, it is necessary to increase the voltage internally to 5V for USB output.
As a result, energy loss occurs, and that causes the decrease of the battery capacity.
For further information other than 1,400mAh, please refer to the below matrix chart.
The estimated charging time is just an indication and depends on many factors such as charge & discharge condition, ambient temperature, the condition of devices, and others.
| Capacity of your device |
QE-QL102 | QE-QL101 | QE-QL201 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 600mAh | approx. 1.4 times | approx. 2.3 times | approx. 4.6 times |
| 1400mAh | approx. 0.6 times | approx. 1 time | approx. 2 times |
| 2000mAh | approx. 0.4 times | approx. 0.7 times | approx. 1.4 times |
| 2500mAh | approx. 0.35 times | approx. 0.6 times | approx. 1.1 times |
| 3000mAh | approx. 0.3 times | approx. 0.46 times | approx. 0.9 times |

No.
You can only charge your Portable Power Supply after finishing charging your device, not simultaneously.
*"Portable Power Supply" is called "Portable Power Supply" in Europe and CIS area, and "Mobile Backup Power" in ASEAN regions.
