Ingredients | |

| Yeast | 1/2 tsp | |
| Strong white flour | 300 g (11 oz) | |
| Oil | 15ml(1tbsp) | |
| Salt | 1 tsp | |
| Water | 170 ml | |
| Method | |

| 1. | Make the dough using the PIZZA DOUGH programme. |
| 2. | Roll out the dough into a 25cm (10) circle. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and leave to prove at 40°C for 10-15 mins. Spread over it the tomato, tuna and cheese. Sprinkle with olives. |
| 3. | Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 15-20 minutes or until brown. |
