Select the PIZZA DOUGH programme.

Shape it how you like and bake in your conventional oven.

Ingredients
Yeast 1/2 tsp
Strong white flour 300 g (11 oz)
Oil 15ml(1tbsp)
Salt 1 tsp
Water 170 ml
   
Method
1. Make the dough using the PIZZA DOUGH programme.
2. Roll out the dough into a 25cm (10”) circle. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and leave to prove at 40°C for 10-15 mins. Spread over it the tomato, tuna and cheese. Sprinkle with olives.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
