The CO₂ emissions in FY2012 for Industrial Devices Company (for manufacturing sites) was 1.15 million tons globally. The energy saving activities such as introduction of high efficient equipments, process change and strengthened management led to reduction of CO₂ emissions by 47,000 tons.

The total recycling rates for both Japan and the overseas attained the targets. Our global recycling rate was 99.62%.
