August 2, 2012, Osaka, Japan-Industrial Devices Company, Panasonic Corporation has succeeded in commercializing “ the Anti-Sulfurated Thick Film chip resistor ( Wide Terminal Type) ” with 5025 size, featuring the lowest resistance value and the highest rated power in the market(※1). Newly developed chip resistors are suitable for motor control of the industrial equipment and power management in communication equipment (base stations ) under the sulfurized environment.

To meet the market demand, Industrial Devices Company, Panasonic Corporation has succeeded in commercializing “ Anti-Sulfurated Thick Film chip resistor ( Wide Terminal Type) with 5025 size ”, the lowest resistance value of 10 mΩ and the highest rated power of 2.0 W in the market (※1) by the adoption of our original electrode-structures and materials, and will commence mass-production.
