Answer... You may not have completed your Viewnetcam.com user registration. In the Network Camera’s Network window, select “Enable DDNS”, then complete the online user registration. For more information on Viewnetcam.com, click here.

Answer... Make sure you are using a Category 5 “crossover” Ethernet cable; a “straight-through” cable cannot be used. When connected properly, the Ethernet indicator on the Network Camera lights.
