[Cause3] The image refresh rate may vary depending on the following conditions. [Solution3] Setting : SD Memory Card recording, IPsec, image-resolutions, image-quality types and the maximum bandwidth usage. Environment: PC performance, network, the brightness and type of object being viewed. [Cause4] The amount of bandwidth that the camera is allowed to use is set too low. [Solution4] Adjust the [Max. Bandwidth Usage] setting. [Cause5] The camera is in color night view mode. [Solution5] It is normal. The image refresh rate decreases when color night view mode is activated. Use a powered speaker or connect an amplifier to the speaker. [Cause6] PC Audio Input has been timed out. [Solution6] Change the [PC Audio Input Timeout] setting on the [Audio] page if necessary. [Cause7] The speaker is turned off or its volume is set too low. [Solution7] Confirm that the speaker is turned on and that its volume is turned up.
