No.1 When the camera is recorded with HNP15, the image is not displayed. [Troubleshoot: C140_C160]

Answer... When BL-C140/160 is recorded, the issue may happen.
"Connection method to the camera" of the Network Camera Recorder "Basic Setting" is confirmed. When "Connection method to the camera" is "Audio and images are sent using one connection (default)", the issue may happen. Please change into "Images and audio are connected separately" and retry it.
No.2 ActiveX cannot be installed in Windows Vista. (The error message is displayed.) [Troubleshoot: C140_C160]
Answer... Please refer to the following procedures.
  1. Close all windows of Internet Explorer.
  2. Click "All Programs".
  3. Click "Accessories".
  4. Select "Command Prompt" and click [Run as administrator] by the right button of mouse.
  5. Execute "install.bat" in "Command Prompt".
    • - Start to install and display [DllRegisterServer in C:\Windows\system32\pmjpegaudio.ocx succeeded.] and [DllRegisterServer in C:\Windows\system32\pmjpegcam.ocx succeeded.]. When completing ActiveX installation.
    • - "pmjpegaudio.ocx" and "pmjpegcam.ocx" are installed in C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder.
