- [Measures]
Permit to access the camera on Anti-Virus Software or Firewall Program. Note: The issue may happen when OneCare Family Safety in Windows Live is installed. In that case, uninstall it and try again.

The issue is caused due to the specifications of Windows Vista and not due to the software.- [Cause]
User Account Control in Windows Vista does not allow an application generally to create a folder just under a drive.
- [Measures]
Create the folder just under the drive such as C:\ncrdata with Explorer and specify the folder.

You can register this product on another PC that is connected to the internet.- Go to Network Camera Recorder site (http://www.comm-9.com/ncr/).
Note: This PC does not need HNP11A installed. Get license key according to the procedure on the screen. Information will also be sent by E-mail. Go to PC with HNP11A and register software with license key.
- License Registration
The License Registration window is displayed if the registration is incomplete. You can also display the window by selecting [Help] -> [License Registration]. Enter the registration code and the license key obtained in Step 1 and click [OK].

The problem is caused due to network condition. A narrow bandwidth may give a low frame rate and audio interruption.
To improve:- Adjust Max. Bandwidth Usage to 0.1 to 1 Mbps on the camera.
- Reduce the amount of equipment connected to the LAN.
- Change your carrier or grade of the service.
When monitoring using a browser, audio data and image data are transferred to the PC separately. Therefore, a sound interruption may not be generated easily, but a narrow bandwidth may cause displacement between sound and image.

- The setting of Camera address, Port, Username or Password is incorrect.
->Correct it on Basic Settings Page.
- There is too much network traffic.
->Try again later.
- The setting of proxy is incorrect.
->Check [Use Proxy Server] and set the proxy settings [Tool]->[Preferences]->[Network Condition] on the menu bar for your network.

- The day of the week setting on the timer page is not checked for the day to be recorded.
->Check the day of the week to enable timer recording.
- Timer is disabled. (Timer is grayed out on the timer list.)
->Select the timer on the timer list, and click [Enable] on the menu displayed by right-clicking the timer list.
