Reason Refer to the information below based on the kind of noise you are experiencing.   Grainy images (when camera gain is increased) The subject is in an environment that is too dark. Brighten or illuminate the environment. Horizontal bands in the image (flicker noise) The lighting (fluorescent lights, etc.) is too bright. When viewing bright (white) images illuminated by fluorescent lights, flicker noise (horizontal bands of noise) may be seen in camera images. Change the subject of the image or adjust the image brightness when viewing the image.
