Images from the Network Camera are out of focus.

| Answer... | Reason-1 Objects seen by the Network Camera may be too close. If the distance between the camera and the subject is less than 1 meter (40 inches), the Network Camera cannot focus properly. Solution-1 Reposition the Network Camera or the subject accordingly. Reason-2 There may be dirt or dust on the lens or lens cover. Solution-2 For the KX-HCM8 and KX-HCM10 Clean the lens with lens cleaning paper. Caution: Do not touch the lens directly, and fingerprints or scratches may interfere with the camera's ability to focus. For the KX-HCM2(3)0 and KX-HCM270 Remove dust and wipe the lens cover with a dry cloth. Caution: Wiping the lens while it is dusty may scratch the lens cover. Do not use alcohol, scouring compounds, powdered soap, benzene, thinner, wax, petroleum, or boiled water when clean the lens cover. Do not use sterilizers, glass cleaners, or hair spray, as they may cause discoloration or deforming. Do not touch the lens directly, and fingerprints or scratches may interfere with the camera's ability to focus. Do not allow water to come directly into contact with the Network Camera. |
