Network Camera

Motion JPEG images from a Network Camera connected to the internet via xDSL become disrupted when a phone call is received. The Network Camera return to its normal condition only after the power is turned off then on again. [Setup: Image_Transfer_Feature]

Reason When a phone line which hosts the xDSL line receives a telephone or fax call, data communication speed may temporarily slow or shut down. This trouble can occur when certain telephone company equipment generates a high frequency signal when receiving a phone call, which affects the modem or broadband router. Solution Report this trouble to your ISP and/or telephone company. Also update the firmware version to 1.52 or later for the Network Camera.
