When using the HNP11 and monitoring a camera, (which supports 2-way audio communication), the audio is interrupted. [Troubleshoot: HNP11]

Answer... The problem is caused due to network condition. A narrow bandwidth may give a low frame rate and audio interruption.

To improve:
  1. Adjust Max. Bandwidth Usage to 0.1 to 1 Mbps on the camera.
  2. Reduce the amount of equipment connected to the LAN.
  3. Change your carrier or grade of the service.
When monitoring using a browser, audio data and image data are transferred to the PC separately. Therefore, a sound interruption may not be generated easily, but a narrow bandwidth may cause displacement between sound and image.
