There is no audio during monitoring. [Troubleshoot: HNP11]

  1. The camera does not support audio.
    ->Change to a camera which supports audio.

  2. Microphone is not connected properly.
    ->Check the microphone and microphone connection.

  3. Volume setting on your PC is muted or set to minimum.
    ->Adjust the volume on the volume control window on your PC.

  4. Speaker is malfunctioning.
    -> Check the speaker and speaker connection.
