Please follow the steps below: Access the camera from PC. The first time you select [MPEG-4] as the [Refresh Rate], a license agreement is displayed. Select [I accept the License agreement], then click [OK]. You will then be prompted to install the viewer program (ActiveX Controls). When you finish installing the ActiveX control, you can view MPEG-4 images of the camera. The installation of the ActiveX control is required only the first time.
