Please follow the steps below. Access the camera from PC. The first time you select [MPEG-4] as the [Refresh Rate], you can install the ActiveX control. When you finish installing the ActiveX control, you can view Motion JPEG images of the camera. The installation of the ActiveX control is required only the first time.
