Camera cannot be accessed by the URL of viewnetcam. [FAQ: BB_HCM5xxcameras] [FAQ: BB_HCM3xxcameras]

Answer... Viewnetcam server does not receive information of IP address from camera.
Check if camera is registered to viewnetcam server correctly.
Change DDNS status of Viewnetcam service to be "active", if it is "inactive".
