[Cause1] Too many applications are being run on the PC. [Solution1] Close any unnecessary applications on your PC. [Cause2] The amount of bandwidth that the camera is allowed to use is set [unlimited]. [Solution2] Adjust the [Max. Bandwidth Usage] setting. [Cause3] The [Mute during Pan/Tilt] setting is set to [Enable] on the [Audio] page. [Solution3] If set to [Enable], the camera audio is automatically muted whenever the camera is panning or tilting. As a result, the audio may sound interrupted. [Cause4] The sound being picked up by the microphone is too quiet. [Solution4] Set the microphone sensitivity to [Maximum]
