[Cause1] The [Output] setting is set to [Disable] on the [Audio] page. [Solution1] Set it to [Enable]. [Cause2] The talk feature is disabled for the general user's account or for guest users. [Solution2] Change the feature access level for the general user or for guest users to allow access to the talk feature. [Cause3] Your web browser is accessing the camera via the proxy server. [Solution3] Set your web browser to bypass the proxy server.
