You can simply insert an SD Memory Card into a Panasonic colour MFP for direct printing. This lets you easily print photos taken with a digital camera without having to use a PC. Direct-printing formats include JPEG and TIFF images as well as PDF, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint files.

This powerful optional application helps make a paperless office a reality. It lets you automatically distribute scanned-in documents to multiple locations (clients’ PCs, email faxes or FTPs) in specific formats. Before distribution, documents
can be converted to password-protected PDFs for security or stored in the server as text-searchable PDFs for easy retrieval.

Keep track of machine use by department or individual users and maintain an account log with the optional Network Accounting Manager. The Job Tracking log answers the "who", "what", "when" and "where" questions about your information traffic for a better command of security.

DP-C405/C305/C265 allows you to scan documents directly into your PC or FTP server at a high 600 dpi resolution.
Our standard bundled Quick Image Navigator software has faster and more intuitive image handling capabilities including thumbnail previews of PDF files. It also allows you to view, annotate, edit and send image files. Featuring a Windows Explorer-like document structure, it helps you put your documents to work immediately.

A compressed PDF technology greatly lowers data volume. By reducing the size of previously large color and scanned document files, the burden on networks and servers can be lightened for smoother data exchange.
