We wanted to effectively use telephones installed in Care House rooms to contact Care Station and other locations. Telephones installed in the rooms can provide hotline conversations with the Care Station. The Care Station can be called with a single touch.
We wanted to be able to notify all of the staff in the event of an emergency. The Multicast feature of the Paging function can broadcast to all phones at once.
We had to hold the phone in one hand when talking, so that hand could not be used. The KX-TCA can be used with a Headset to allow hands-free conversations. Both hands can then be used to concentrate on care services.
We wanted to contact the care staff in the event of an emergency, but we didn't know where they were. Installing a Multi Cell DECT System made it possible to issue a wireless phone to each of the care staff, for smooth and easy contact. This enabled Simple Messages to be written and sent.
We wanted to increase the security in locations, such as medicine storage rooms, that are off-limits for unauthorized people. The motion detector of the KX-NTV160 Communication IP Camera was used to detect the movement of people into and out of the medicine storage rooms. When movement is detected, a notice can be sent by e-mail to a designated person. The KX-NTV150 camera image can also be monitored.
The care staff used wireless phones, but they were too big and heavy to carry around. In addition to standard models, a wide range of wireless models are available, from the compact, lightweight KX-TCA285 to the tough-type KX-TCA385 to suit various situations. The KX-TCA285 is small and weighs only 88 g, so there is very little burden on the care staff. And they are DECT phones, so the quality is stable.

Safety Monitoring and Communication Devices

We installed things like doorphones and security cameras separately, so they aren't connected as a system. We were able to connect the KX-NTV160 IP Video Doorphone and KX-HDV430 for use as a doorphone with monitor. By also connecting a 3rd party door opener, the door can be remotely unlocked. The KX-HDV430 can also be used as a network security camera monitor.
It was difficult to contact staff inside the store. The DECT Wireless System makes it easy to contact staff inside the store, and the DECT phone can be used for store-wide broadcasts.
We wanted to easily monitor the inside of our warehouse. By installing the KX-NTV150 Communication IP Camera inside the warehouse, we're able to monitor the warehouse from the KX-HDV430 in our office. Conversation is also possible between the KX-NTV150 and KX-HDV430.

We wanted to provide phone reservations, but customers complained that calls were being interrupted. A Call Center function is built-in, so customers receive queue announcements when the line is busy. The announcements tell the customers how long they'll have to wait to be served. This helps to keep customers satisfied.
We'd like to be able to make sure that the room is empty before entering it to clean. The Check-in/out status of each room can be confirmed using a standard-equipped function of the telephone.
We're using an external application to calculate the phone charges of each room. The phone charges for each room can be automatically calculated and billed using a standard-equipped function of the telephone. Because it's standard-equipped, there is no need to pay extra for an application.
The standard function isn't enough to manage all of our rooms. For large-scale hotels, the system can be linked to a Front Office Service Application for more efficient hotel operation.
We want messages to be more easily confirmed in each guest room. The KX-T7716 is equipped with a Message Waiting Lamp for easy confirmation.
We want to be able to contact employees as they move around. Installing a Wireless DECT made it easy to contact employees while they move around. Also, a headset can be connected, so conversations can be hands-free.
We wanted to customize the room phones to match the hotel specifications, but that was an extra charge. Because the KX-HDV Series is compatible with XML applications, it can easily be customized to match the hotel specifications.

We wanted to contact all of the teachers and students on the campus, but communication was scattered and difficult. Broadcasting with the Paging function of the telephone makes it easy to contact everyone on campus at once.
We wanted to keep subjects that students discussed with teachers unknown to others. By recording consultations that the students want to keep confidential into the Voice Mail Box of the telephone, the teachers or counselors can listen to the recorded message and respond appropriately without anyone else knowing.
We wanted to let people know that notification had been sent from the school. The message from school can be recorded as voice mail and delivery to the student or parent can be confirmed.
Communication among busy teachers was difficult. DECT phones enable smooth communication among teachers.
Also, 3-party calls can be made, enabling telephone conferences without anyone having to travel.
We worried about the safety of the students due to intruders. When a suspicious movement is caught by Sensor Detection, a notice is sent to a designated telephone. When notice is given to a DECT phone, confirmation can be done on the move for further safety.
By combining the KX-NTV160, KX-HDV430, and a 3rd party Door Opener, the visitor's face can be monitored. When he or she is confirmed to be safe, the door can be remotely unlocked.

There were no recordings made of conversations, so it was difficult to resolve problems that came up later. Conversations with clients are automatically recorded, so the content of the conversation can be produced when necessary.
Customers would sometimes call our main phone number, and we would have to forward the call each time to the person in charge. A standard-equipped function guides the customer's call to the person in charge. Since the customer's call is able to go directly to the person in charge, the workflow is more efficient.

We were taking memos of telephone conversations with our clients. Telephone conversations with our clients are now automatically recorded, so we can replay them if we miss something, and we can save the recordings so we can concentrate on the conversation.

When a client telephoned the office while the lawyer was out, it wasn't possible to speak right away.
