Windows® 7 SP1(32bit/64bit) and Vista® SP2(32bit/64bit)

Setting in advance
-Set [Compatibility View settings] on Internet Explorer 9
-Procedure: Start Internet Explorer 9 -> [Tools], click [Compatibility View settings],
check [Display all websites in Compatibility View]

  • Note:
  • -Windows 7 Starter edition is not included in this information.
  • -If plug in software cannot be installed, disable [SmartScreen Filter].
    Procedure: Start Internet Explorer 9 -> [Tools], click [SmartScreen Filter], select [Turn off SmartScreen Filter...]
  • -If plug in software cannot be installed or images are not appeared, disable [ActiveX Filtering]
    Procedure: Start Internet Explorer 9 -> [Tools], take check mark off [ActiveX Filtering]
  • -When uploading firmware, file name cannot be typed.
    Click [Browse...]button -> choose file on [Choose File to Upload]
