NAT Traversal Service

The NAT Traversal Service lets you easily construct a communication environment without any complicated router settings. The service offers economical operation by using an Internet connection. Plus, 7-digit terminal ID can be selected. In contrast to conventional IP addresses, this terminal ID number (connection number) can be accessed with the same ease as dialing a phone number. Encrypted communication ensures safe Internet use.

"NAT Traversal" Cloud Service

No Complicated Network Settings

Because this service is based on a Panasonic server, it doesn't require a VPN or other private network like ordinary videoconference systems do. You also do not need to make any complicated network settings, so system set-up is quick and easy.

Connect with Outside Clients

Service subscribers can connect to each other from inside or outside the company, so business communication with clients and others is possible without any travelling.

Encryption Key Prevents Connection Errors

Mistaken or unauthorized transmission is prevented by setting an encryption key. This also prevents the leaking of information during conversations. In addition to one common key, up to ten separate encryption keys can be set for groups, i.e., one for each group. By using a different encryption key from the one for in-company communication, this makes it possible to prevent erroneous connections between non-company and company parties.

How to Use the Service

  • A free trial activation key sheet is included with the system. By using this sheet to register, you can use the service for three months.

  • In order to continue using the NAT Traversal Service after the trial period ends, you must purchase a paid activation key card to extend the connection function expiration date. For details, please consult your nearest dealer.
