1. Disconnect DC IN Jack out from camera
2. Hold down the Initial Set button
3. Connect power adapter using DC IN Jack while holding down the Initial Set button for and release after 5 seconds or more.
4. Wait around 3 minutes.
   Camera Power Indicator will go off then flash orange, flash green & then to solid green.
   

IP Address or Port number may be changed after turing OFF/ON the unit or Initial Set.

1. Click the "Search" key to refresh information of camera
2. Confirm the IP Address or Port Number a refreshed
3. Acces to a camera again
   

In case of loosing internet connection, please reset the router according to a procedure of the router devises

1. After confirmed a Router is ready, click the "Search" key to refresh information of camera
2. Confirm the IP Address or Port Number a refreshed
3. Acces to a camera again
   

• Your network environment might choose port number 80, in this case the port number 80 does not show up on the URL

Please make a request of de-registration with following 1) & 2) information

1. MAC Address of Camera:
   
   -It locates on the Status tab of the Wireless page (Recommend) or it also locates on the label of the product.
2. Your Viewnetcam URL (Domain name of viewnetcam)
   
   -It locates in Status-Viewnetcom in the Maintenance section
