The MPEG-4 multicast environment also supports audio recording.
Tip: The relationships between streaming/compression methods and sound functions are as follows.
(1) JPEG only (unicast) -> Supports two-way audio
(2) MPEG only (unicast) -> Supports two-way audio
(3) MPEG only (multicast) -> Only listening (supports audio streaming from camera to PC/recorder only)
(4) JPEG+MPEG (JPEG unicast, MPEG multicast) -> JPEG supports two-way audio. MPEG supports only listening.[NW Camera ( feature )] (2011/7/3)
