The "Internet Mode (over HTTP)" setting might be Off.
When "Internet Mode (over HTTP)" is turned on, all of the following connections are accepted ((1) to (3)). (When ""Internet Mode (over HTTP)"" is turned off, only (1) is accepted.)
(1) Control: CGI, data transmission: RTP (over UDP)
(2) Control: RTSP, data transmission: RTP (over UDP)
(3) Control: RTSP (over HTTP), data transmission: RTP (over HTTP)[NW Camera ( feature )] (2011/7/3)
