Panasonic supplied China Central Television (CCTV) with a large outdoor broadcast van. Panasonic built and supplied a full high definition system which utilizes an AV-HS5300A Multi-Format Live Switcher as well as 9 AK-HC3500 Multi-Format Cameras.
Beijing National Stadium/Capital Indoor Stadium
Made especially for the Olympic Games, Panasonic's WS-LA3 speakers provide clear, uniform amplification even in large-sized venues with an array system based on linear sound source theory. A total of 449 WS-LA3 speakers were used at the Beijing Olympic Games.
Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park
Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park featured the rowing and canoeing events. Three ASTROVISION Large-Screen Display Systems, with screen sizes of 86.7m2, 15.9m2, and 63.7m2, have been installed at the venue along with 58 WS-B200T RAMSA all-weather type speakers.
