This software supports the following Panasonic Network Cameras.
*Wired Type: KX-HCM280, KX-HCM230, KX-HCM10, KX-HCM8
*Wireless Type: KX-HCM250, KX-HCM270
Record images from multiple Network Cameras Still or motion Images can be recorded over an intranet or via the internet. Images from multiple cameras can be recorded simultaneously.*
* The number of camera images which can be recorded simultaneously varies by the performance capabilities of the computer.
Support for Network Cameras with preset and zoom capabilities
Preset positions* and the zoom feature** of your Network Camera(s) can be utilized.

Motion-triggered recording
You can record images when the camera detects movement, allowing you to record only what you need to record.
* The accuracy of this feature will vary by image resolution,
picture quality, and the type of image being recorded.
Camera Bar
When the Network Camera Recorder is minimized, images from your Network Cameras can be displayed in the Camera Bar. This allows you to keep an eye on things while you work with other applications.
Recorded Image Search
Images can be searched for by date and time, giving you quick access to your recorded Network Camera images.
Camera List
A moving preview of all cameras can be displayed. Image preview sizes can be scaled to one of 6 preset sizes.
Remaining hard disk capacity limit
You can select a minimum remaining hard drive capacity to ensure that your recorded images do not fill your hard drive completely.
AVI motion video file conversion
Recorded camera images can be converted to the popular AVI format, which allows you to view recorded image files on other PCs. Several AVI codecs are available, allowing you to choose the codec that will give you the maximum compatibility with other PCs.
Timed recording
Recording can start and end automatically on preprogrammed days at preprogrammed times. This feature can be used in conjunction with motion-triggered recording, allowing you to record images only when the camera detects motion during certain times of the day.
Image playback
Still images (JPEG files) and motion images (MJP files) can be played back.Playback speed is adjustable.
Automatic backup
Recorded image files can be backed up at preprogrammed times.

- Note: When recording images from the KX-HCM180 Network Camera in 640x480 resolution, jagged lines may appear when panning horizontally or viewing subjects which are moving horizontally.
- Note: If more than 10,000 individual images are captured in JPEG format, system/software performance may become unstable. To increase the number of images which can be recorded, set the Network Camera Recorder to capture images in MJP (motion-JPEG) format.
