Before you start the installation, you need to enable the UPnP feature in your router. |

* These instructions assume your router is
UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) compliant.
* Connect the camera to your router with a "straight" Cat5 network cable (customer-provided). |

Make sure that the switch on the bottom of the camera is set to "Wired." |
 |

| * Even for a wireless setting, start by setting it to wired. |

Connect the PC to the router in advance, and make sure the Internet or LAN connection works properly. |
