Question1. How do I purchase consumable parts and accessories for my product?

Please contact the store of purchase. The Global Service Center Network can also provide support if they handle the same model.

Question2. What do I do if any accessories are missing?

Answer2.

If you believe there are any missing accesssories with your purchase, please check with the store of purchase whether that particular accessory is normally bundled along with the product. If not, you may be able to purchase it separately.
