Question1. How do I obtain a users manual?

The Global Service Center Network may assist you by supplying it on a chargeable basis as long as the product is still being manufactured. If the manual is missing, please contact the store of purchase.

If the country/area where you purchased the product is in the following, you may be able to find a digital copy of the users manual. You can download this after you accept the terms of use stated on the Website.
