  1. If you do not find your country/area in the Global Service Center Network and you wish to receive after-sales service, please contact the store of purchase.
  2. Warranty repairs can be provided only under the conditions stated on the warranty certificate issued by the store of purchase.
  3. If the warranty certificate is not attached, repair service still may be provided on a chargeable basis by the Global Service Center Network.
  4. In some cases there may be a longer time required for replying to your inquiry or doing repairs, and depending on the product category and/or the condition of the item, it may not be possible for the repair request to be accepted.
  5. There are products we cannot handle due to local laws/regulations.
  6. If either the instruction manual or any accessories are missing, please contact the store of purchase in the first instance. Unless the omission is attributable to manufacturer, our Global Service Center Network may be able to assist you by supplying the missing items on a chargeable basis, as long as the particular model is still being manufactured.
