Voice Quality Monitoring Report

Voice Quality Monitoring Report (VQMR) is a remote monitoring feature for the QoS of voice communication. It is compliant with RFC3611 and RFC6035. VQMR is transported to the Collector with the SIP Publish method.

  • Session report (Final report)
  • Report is sent when the session of each call is terminated
(2)
  • Interval report
  • Report is sent periodically with the specified interval while call is alive. The report is sent when the session of each call is terminated too.
(3)
  • Alert report
  • Report is sent periodically with the specified interval while call is alive and listening MOSQ or one way delay is over the threshold.
  • There are 2 types of threshold, Warning and Critical.
  • * MOSQ: Mean Opinion Score Quality

Remote packet capture

The BA remote packet capture option for the phone is used to troubleshoot issues and provide wireshark traces if required.
