Question3. Is there any way to stop the thermal paper cutting when power is restored after power failure?

Answer3.

There is no function to stop the thermal paper cutting when power is restored after power failure.
However, It is possible to set the cutting function to off mode and cut the paper manually yourself.
(If you choose this option please contact your Panasonic Service Center.)
Only, we do not recommend this method because paper cutting function won't be working in all modes (Fax receiving, Copying, Journal report, etc.)
