Early Warning Software ET-SWA100

  • Advantages
  • Display Functions

Have you ever been troubled by a sudden loss of image display, cumbersome maintenance, or a malfunction due to unknown causes?
Early Warning Software monitors the status of displays and projectors connected to an intranet and informs you when an abnormality is detected or predicted, and when there are symptoms of trouble.
This minimizes downtime to provide more stable operation.

Product Overview

Are you having problems like these?

Case 1: The image suddenly disappears.
I didn't notice it was time for filter maintenance.

Case 2: Maintenance is a hassle.
We have so many displays and projectors, it's hard to manage them all. It's also difficult to remotely check their status.

Case 3: There seems to be a malfunction, but I don't know why.
I can't tell what kind of problem it is or what kind of parts or maintenance is needed at the installation site. It often takes several service calls, costing us time and money.

Early Warning Software Supports Operation

Minimize Down Time and Reduce Inefficient Visit

ET-SWA100 Early Warning Software monitors displays and projectors connected to an intranet and informs you when an abnormality is detected or predicted, and when there are symptoms of trouble.
It can also record the operating conditions of each device and, based on the operating hours, it can predict* and tell you approximately when consumable parts will be required, regular periodic cleaning will be necessary, and non-consumable parts will need to be replaced.

* Please note that the software does not guarantee the prediction of all device breakdowns in all instances.

Reporting

Information on parts that are likely to be needed, such as replacement and service parts, can be extracted in report form.

* Please note that the items and content displayed in the Status Monitoring and Maintenance Scheduling Suggestion (Hour Meter) screens will vary depending on the device.

Manage Each Display Device from a Browser on Your Own Device

PC/tablet web browser monitoring
You can check the display or projector status from your PC or tablet without having to physically go to the monitoring server.

Remote monitoring from your device via VPN
When a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is configured, monitoring is possible from outside the intranet, which allows you to easily check the display or projector status from a remote location, greatly speeding up troubleshooting.

• Remote display/projector control
You can also link from the Early Warning Software monitoring screen to a web browser control screen to monitor and control each display or projector remotely.

SNMP Trap Notification by Your Existing Monitoring System

• Email notification through an SMTP server
When a failure* is detected or predicted, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to a predetermined e-mail address using SMTP protocol.

* Please note that the software does not guarantee the prediction of all device breakdowns in all instances.

• SNMP trap notification
If an error occurs, an SNMP trap is sent to an SNMP manager application. This means that the early warning notification system can be smoothly integrated to an existing management system.
