Remote Preview*1

Remote Preview allows operators to check the content being received by the display device*2 on a PC connected to the same local network. Operators can preview video with the device in Standby and whenever it’s not practical to view images on screen. Remote Preview is also accessible via optional Early Warning Functions (ET-SWA100) or a web browser and is useful in mission-critical applications such as televised events, staging events, or for any presentation where content must be displayed correctly the first time.

Optional Early Warning Functions are built into Multi Monitoring & Control Software Ver. 2.0 and later as a 90-day free trial. After the trial period expires, operators can choose to purchase a license to continue using Early Warning Functions. Get detailed reports on device status and advisories on parts replacement. Export automatically generated monthly operation reports* as .csv text files showing any errors experienced over the preceding 30 days along with detailed device information. Monitor the display image live on screen using a compatible IP camera. Monitor your display network remotely from smartphone and tablet using a VPN connection. Compatible with data-acquisition via Web API*, administrators can also integrate data from Multi Monitoring & Control Software to existing third-party monitoring and control software.

Note: Movement of objects other than the image (such as a person passing in front of the screen) may trigger a stop alert in some situations. Slow-motion video, video in which areas of motion are confined, or video with little brightness variation between moving objects and background may be interpreted as playback stoppage.
