ET-SWA100

Supporting Stable Operation

Early Warning Software monitors the status of projectors and displays connected to an intranet and informs you when an abnormality is detected or predicted, and when there are symptoms of trouble. This minimizes downtime to provide more stable operation.

Multi Monitoring & Control Software Ver. 2.0 or higher needs to be installed to use Early Warning functions. License needs to be purchased separately, then activated at PASS after the trial period.

* Automatic free 90-day trial is available at the time of installing Multi Monitoring & Control Software Ver.2.0 or higher.

Minimize Downtime and Reduce Inefficient Call-Outs

Are you having problems like these?

Case 1 : The image suddenly disappears

I didn't notice it was time for lamp replacement or filter maintenance.

THe image suddenly disappears

Case 2 : Maintenance is a hassle.

We have so many projectors and displays, it's hard to manage them all. It's also difficult to remotely check their status.

Maintenance is a hassle.

Case 3 : There seems to be a malfunction, but I don’t know why.

I can't tell what kind of problem it is or what kind of parts or maintenance is needed at the installation site. It often takes several service calls, costing us time and money.

There seems to be a maifunction, but I don’t know why.

Early Warning Software Supports Operation

ET-SWA100 Early Warning Software monitors projectors and displays connected to an intranet and informs you when an abnormality is detected or predicted, and when there are symptoms of trouble. It can also record the operating conditions of each device and, based on the operating hours, it can predict* and tell you approximately when consumable parts will be required, regular periodic cleaning will be necessary, and non-consumable parts will need to be replaced.

* Please note that the software does not guarantee the prediction of all device breakdowns in all instances.

Saving time and cost for maintenance and service

Advance Notice of Required Maintenance

It makes it easier to plan for maintenance by knowing beforehand the approximate time that consumables and maintenance parts will need to be replaced and serviced.

Detailed Monitoring

The ET-SWA100 monitor screen displays items such as the projector or display status* and maintenance schedule* in a gauge format. This makes it easy to understand at a glance. Projectors and displays can also be displayed by group in a list format, to simplify the monitoring and management of multiple units.

Manage Each Display Device from a Browser on Your Own Device

PC/tablet web browser monitoring

You can check the projector or display status from your PC or tablet without having to physically go to the monitoring server.

PC/tablet web browser monitoring

Remote monitoring from your device via VPN

When a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is configured, monitoring is possible from outside the intranet, which allows you to easily check the projector or display status from a remote location, greatly speeding up troubleshooting.

SNMP Trap Notification via Your Existing Monitoring System

Email notification through an SMTP server

When a failure* is detected or predicted, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to a predetermined e-mail address using SMTP protocol.

* Please note that the software does not guarantee the prediction of all device breakdowns in all instances.

SNMP trap notification

If an error occurs, an SNMP trap is sent to an SNMP manager application. This means that the early warning notification system can be smoothly integrated to an existing management system.

Video-stop detection using a network camera

Image of the registered projector or display can be monitored regularly by a supported network camera*1. You can also receive notifications when an abnormality such as black screen or freezing occurs*2.

*1 Compatible with Panasonic Network Camera (BB-S/DG-S/WV-S series) and PTZ Camera (AW-UE70/HE40/HE130 series).

*2 Movement of objects such as people in the monitoring area may be judged as a moving image. Slow-motion images, small area of motion, or small differences in brightness between motion and background may be judged as a still image.

Note: Network camera footage is intended to be used for the purpose of monitoring a specific display video.
