In our modem lives, we may focus on one thing at a time, but rarely do we use all of our senses.
In the traditional Japanese "chanoyu," the act of drinking tea opens the senses to the environment. Sometimes, before a guest visits, the owner of the tea house sprays the leaves in the garden with mist to make them look fresh.
A faint aroma, a light taste, a faint sound ... We thought that by providing weak stimuli to each of the five senses, such as a faint aroma, a light taste, a faint sound, etc., and by focusing our attention on these environments, we could improve the sensitivity of the five senses.
