Prediction of air pollution to optimize ventilation
- This system adopts the optimal control method among various combination patterns of the ventilation installation by estimating and calculating the amount of the generated hazardous substances based on the traffic volume and the polluted conditions in a tunnel.
- In the prediction control, an optional control function, which is a numerically expressed value of the deviation from the target concentration and the power consumption, is evaluated, and the combination pattern which takes the minimum value of the optimal control function is taken as the optimal pattern.
- In addition, in order to estimate the amount of generated hazardous substances and judge the pattern of optimal control, this system has fuzzy control and AI functions for improving precision.
- This system is equipped with a VI meter to measure concentration, and barometer capable of calculating the velocity of natural air flow in tunnel based on the difference in atmospheric pressure between the approaches of tunnel.
