The future of work environment.
Office environment changed over time, and it is still changing. Many are adapting to "ABW" because of the flexibility. Even without Covid-19, working style was moving in this direction, and with Covid-19, it accelerated this phase. Mr. Sato will be talking about Itoki’s idea and hypothesis in this session.
Toshio SatoITOKI Systems (Singapore) Pte., Ltd.
Born in 1987 in Singapore, Sato is half Japanese and half Singaporean. He have 10 years of sales experience and been working in Major Japanese General Trading company and Major Japanese Manufacturing company. And now he is Assistant Sales Manager in Itoki Singapore.
Work environment been changing over the time. He believes that work environment can effect employee’s performance and motivation, so having a better working environment, employee will perform better and have higher motivation, which will have better company performance as a whole. Sato’s objective is this, to consult client and to help them to have a work environment that fits their business style to increase their efficiency and performance.

Born in the 90s, she is a young blood with diligence and passion about lighting. Graduated as a landscape architect from the University of Technology, Malaysia. Thereafter she became involved into lighting design with BSLD which have totally changed her career path. Her experience working in most of the hospitality and residential projects have made her find a way to appreciate the light and continually grow with it. Based in Singapore and she is currently a Senior Executive of Panasonic Singapore, in responsible of lighting design proposals and presentations. She firmly believes there should have a good balance between natural and artificial lighting in order to accentuate the art and power of light.
